PENNLP, PENSDP, PENBMI and PENNON are also available as MATLAB toolboxes through TOMLAB Optimization Inc. The Tomlab optimization environment for MATLAB, compilable with MCC and MIDEVA, is a flexible, easy-to-use, robust and reliable environment for the solution of most types of applied optimization problems. • A free developer license is available to academic users. It is limited to three months and can be renewed upon request.  The developer license is provided to researchers who
  • develop and test optimization software and use PENOPT codes for testing;
  • develop related software in which optimization (sub)problems need to be solved.
    

  Please note that THIS IS NOT AN EVALUATION LICENSE. The codes can either be evaluated on the NEOS server (PENSDP and PENNLP) or you can download a time-limited evaluation version of the codes with MATLAB interface from TOMLAB.
  

• An evaluation license is available to commercial users. This license expires after three months and cannot be renewed. The price of this license is 200 €. This price will apply as a credit towards the purchase price of the commercial license, provided the commercial license is purchased within 30 days of expiration of the evaluation license.
